The Retreat Evenings

will commence with a One Hour Yoga Session, 

{ Mindful Go Slow Posture Practice }

 

Followed by Meditation to include theory & theme with handouts & discussion including Breath Work, Contemplation, Healing Visualisations

& Positive Affirmation Meditation.

 

With a Break for Herbal Tea & Healthy Snack.

 

No need to bring anything

{ unless you like to use your own mat }

 

 

Yoga Kits are Provided.
